I Forgotted!

So Happy Groundhog day, um, a coupla days ago.

Here's a squirrel!

I wonder if he saw his shadow too?

Not that six more weeks of winter will mean much to us, here in Non-Snow Bubble land, with the cherry blossoms already showing up n stuff. But yeah, I forgot this year. Luckily, I didn't have to repeat the day over and over.

Of all the weird thoughts going through my brain right now, the one that popped into my head as I started writing this post was "hmmm, I wonder what's under people's beds?"

I have a pair of runners under mine. In case of earthquake. You know, to protect my tootsies form the broken glass.

What's under yours? Go look!

Dust bunnies most likely, unless a sock had scooted under there without me noticing. :)

Wow, to have to be ready to run in case of a quake... that is so weird to me.

There is nothing under mine, I'm a neat freak and the cleaning robot needs to get under there to clean.

nothing....not even dust bunnies.
Wait...maybe I should go check. There MAY be a cat toy or two.

Haha...I posted about this a while ago...you can read a very detailed account of stuff found under my bed on a(unsuccessful) search and rescue mission, right here

My bed is on the floor. That's the only way I could get the monster to leave :) Now what to do about the closet?

Books! We have our house on the market and I don't want to put them away since I usually read at night. They need a place to hide!

Oh, and also probably a lot of dust!

Groundhog day indeed! It's bloody freezing here and it's been raining for days. I'm pretty over it.

Under my bed? An adult toy. HAHAH. Overshare?

ps - I think we're reading the same book? I love Lord John!

Likalia, I sweep my hardwood every week and am still always amazed at the size of the dustbunnies that show up! : )

Tod, yeah, I live in the "ring of fire" (ok, no naughty jokes) and one day either now or three hundred years from now (somewhere in between) there's gonna be a big one. I figure it's going to be big enough that the shoes won't make a difference. It's nice to feel prepared anyway though. Oh, and? I totally want a cleaning robot thingy.

Dilling, you totally should check!

Jenn, I'm gonna go read all about it! : ) And I have no idea how you lined like that in the comments that's SO COOL!

Tom, I understand completely! Just don't open the closet, kay?

Mrs Wilson, I heartily approve. I read every night too. Good hint for house selling cleanliness! I have this sudden vision of your house as a safe haven for books! Quick, under the bed! : )

The Ex, we'll pretend you never said anything! ; )
And as for Lord John, I loved him in the Outlander series and am not sure about the new book. I'm liking it, that's for sure, but not yet certain if I'll be loving it.

Those robot vacuums scare the hell out of me! eeeeep!

You have hw floors, V? Very nice! I love and miss them.

Under my bed therein lies a box of clothes that once fit me and remain in my household because yes indeed, they will fit me again. One day. ;)
Also, magazines and crossword puzzle books.

I live in an extra-tiny condo so under my bed...many things :)
A sliding box full of extra towels and bedding, random books that I like to have handy when I read in bed, a gift I'm hiding from a roommate, probably a sock I've somehow lost when I brought in the laundry last time, a stuffed toy I won at a charity thing and have no idea what to do with and where to keep, an indoor grill still in its box (I don't want to use it so I'm keeping it for re-gifting purposes)...and I think that's it. It's a king sized bed though:)

Alexandra, you may have the most interesting under the bed ever!
