FYI

I woke up this morning with the cold/flu to end all others.

Won't be blogging for a while. Won't be at work either.

Have a good week. I'll be busy getting better.

This post took all my energy to type. Someone push publish for me?

Oh dear! Get well soon!

In the event that you recover enough to make it, I always found this a pretty good remedy:

To a cup of hot water, add sliced root ginger, half a dozen cloves, a teaspoon of honey, and a slice of orange/lemon (or a tsp of orange syrup, if I'd made any lately)

Leave to infuse for a few mins then strain out the plants and drink :o)

My dad (a doctor) always used to send me to school sick so I have adapted some behaviours to get me better. Here are my top 3:

Bowl of steaming water with a few drops of eucalyptus oil plus your head over bowl and covered in a towel.

Advil Cold & Sinus plus ginger tea.

Full seasons of your favourite shows plus couch.
