Woot! You know why I'm excited? Egg-free french toast tomorrow! I'm going to a new restaurant for brunch with friends and phoned ahead to find out if their multigrain waffles were eggless. Turns out they're not but the chef has a background in nutrition and is willing to accommodate me since I phoned ahead. They're actually vegan but that's okay :) SO excited!
